Edit 1/26/2022: after a response from the owner I have hope for this location. Ive worked the service industry. No one wants to... clean a bathroom. It's a necessary evil however. Maybe keep a list so everyone is required to? Keep it fair. Also keep an eye onquality. As stated some floor trash and unkempt toilets are to be expected. The dirt on the doors and mold are not. I feel forthe short staff. I really do. Hygiene areas are not ones that can be neglected though. That's when managers clean bathrooms. Idid it and worse. It's not all fun and games with the title. I feel I missed a huge opportunity in my post and am sodisappointed in myself. Your staff was really nice. I am kicking myself for leaving that out. It seems systems are starting tolack. Systems are everything. Worship the systems! I'll give you another shot when we make it down there next (weird snowpatterns permitted). I hope this is the most wrong I've been! Original Posting: We go on a lot of drives and Sheetz is my oneand only approved bathroom location. This one was very disappointing. It was gross. There was toilet paper all over the floor,toilets were...dirty. I'm glad I looked at the toilet paper situation bcause the stall was out. I get that things get busy andmaybe someone hadn't gotten to it yet, but the stains on the doors and the mold around the sinks indicated a longer termproblem. We got MTO and that was ok at best. All the burrito ingredients were layered laterally so you ate them individually asyou went along. The last bite was all pico. The app sampler items were ok other than the Mac n chz bites melding into one ball.For a Sheetz, this one is way under par. With others around the area, I'll hold it and use one of those instead. This is a really great Sheetz; I'm such a fan of this Sheetz. I've been coming here for years and I always have great service.... It's normally super busy so be prepared for that. If you get here and it's dead, consider yourself lucky, cuz this Sheetz is astaple for the area. The food is always served hot and the gas gets my car great mileage! This is all good in my book! As a frequent traveler from Ohio to Pennsylvania, this is our go to stop for gas, snacks and always a good MTO. The service is... usually pretty fast. In and out and the food is always served hot. Great selection to choose from and two rows of gas pumps aswell. This location can get pretty busy so for those who get frustrated with having to wait a few extra minutes due to a shiftchange or the staff cleaning up due to as many folks coming through, calm yourself down.
