Gas ?pumps are seen always out of order, no paper in receipt, please fix the gas pumps, Gas ? pump #1 is working very slow ,... should be checked, I always prefer to get gas ?from your store,but always never ever can get receipt from.outside, when goinside, cashiers treat very rudely, arrogantly, no smiles, never seen on their faces, why ? I don't know, please advise yourall cashiers to treat kindly, nicely with all customers. Today 27 March, Sunday around 11 am , I filled ?, no paper was there,I went inside , disappointed with attitude of lady cashier on duty , hopefully, you will do orientate your staff to behavenicely, this is very very important to retain good will for any business. the worst 7/11 ever. the woman at the register threw my purchase at me and after I left I tried to call the store to talk to a... manager and the phone doesn't work. she also called me names and has her kids working in the store who are under age. this isinappropriate. I WOULDN'T recommend this store. they don't check IDs unless your black or Hispanic. WHICH IS WRONG ! Read more
If you want to catch the coronavirus this would be one of your best places! They do not enforce customers to wear masks. All the... employees seem to wear them even if the mask isn't properly worn. I do not see the point of wearing a mask if a person noseisn't cover. When I asked the cashier if the people in the store should be wearing mask he replied "they should but". Clearlythere is many signs on the entrance door stating people must wear must but half the customers were not wearing them. Read more
NEVER in my life have I seen as many people not wearing a mask as I do at this store at any given time. Day time, night time,... it?s like a convention of anti-masks. The staff make no attempt to correct the issue and standing in line surrounded by peoplewith no mask on coughing etc is very uncomfortable. MNGMT time to step up. Read more
Customer health and safety cannot be your top priority when your night shift employee is not wearing a mask and claims it is... her choice. Virginia requires it for all employees in customer facing areas. And, she was making the hot food. I feel sorryfor the poor kid who had to work in there with her, possibly creating higher risk for him. He had his mask on, and wornproperly. Read more
I am not from here but the cashier guy was very pleasant and ice to talk to. Store was clean and bathroom too. Food look... fresh. A little small inside. But is fine. Got gas too at a good price. Read more
