What a happy find for myself & my daughter on a road trip. Just fyi-This place is inside what appears to be an up & coming food... hall. I couldn?t find a sign from the road, but parked behind/beside it & went inside to find it. I had the green Chile scramble& my daughter had the chocolate chip pancakes with a side of bacon. I ate every last morsel of my meal & was very satisfied. Thepancakes are HUGE, easily enough for another 1-2 mornings. If I were a local, I?d probably eat here once a week. Definitelycheck out if you are in the area. Read more

We are so lucky to have Alex and Hannah in Trinidad. We have always loved their food, but the green chili egg scramble we had... this morning was unreal. I'm not a big fan of eggs but that was one of my favorite meals I've ordered from here. The flavor wasfantastic!! Thank you for the 10/10 breakfast!! Read more

The breakfast we had was fabulous! We shared a half order of biscuits and gravy with an over easy egg and well as the breakfast... sandwich with avocado and bacon. The service was great AND we got to meet the owner's parents, who were visiting from RhodeIsland! What a joy. Stop in and support this lovely local business. Read more

Warm friendly staff, excellent quality food, we got the green chili breakfast quesadilla and split it and I'm glad we did it was... huge and delicious that's one order on split on two plates! The unique pico de Gallo would have been worth the visit alone! Thekombucha was really great but served in too much ice, it comes in a pretty small cup as it is, no need to fill it to the brimwith ice too. All and all an awesome little Cafe. Read more

An absolute gem of a small restaurant to stop for breakfast or lunch on the I-25 between NM and CO. The owner was enthusiastic... about the food he prepares and had great recommendations. The food itself was excellent with fresh ingredients and a widevariety of flavors to choose from. We enjoyed everything we had, especially the hoisin braised pork belly on the rice bowl. Welook forward to returning next time we?re passing through Trinidad. Read more
