Don?t go here, the drive through ALWAYS takes 5 times too long. This has been going on for months now and they don?t hire more... people or ever fix the situation. I know its just KFC. However. Just some constructive criticism. Keep the tables clean. As soon as someone leaves go clean the... tables. I go in and usually sit for an hour or so. And not one time does anybody come clean the lobby. I see coworkers talking,fighting, and running outside for a quick smoke break. NEXT smile!!!! When a customer comes in greet them with a smile taketheir order and HAND them their change/receipt. Don't throw it on the counter and just walk away. Last. Fix the bathroomalready! Read more

Dirty, falling apart inside, one toilet for everyone because the other is out of order... wait time for food is long and slow.... Customer service is horrible. Customers being literally yelled at when they ask how much longer they need to wait. Screaming atpeople in the drive through "it'll be a little bit!" Associates stare at you and make faces. I asked for a kids meal and theyordered something for me that wasn't one and ended up being an adult meal for my 3 year old, and being $10! We won't be back. Read more

The advertised price for an 8 pc meal in my area is $19.99 when I went to order she told me it was not at that location. I also... ordered separately a 3 pc meal for $10 and change. When we got to the window she accepted the cash for the smaller order and Ipaid mine on a credit card . When I got home I found that she had charged me $46.36 so in my opinion she pocketed the cash andnever fixed my charge . I called to speak to the GM who was already gone . I live 20 miles away from KFC is why I didn't driveback and a day later I am still waiting for a call . Monday I will got to my bank and file fraudulent charges . Read more
