I was very pleased with the gentleman that answered the phone and took my order. But when I went to pick up my order it was not... ready so I stayed and watched them finish my order. As I watched the lady was making food and working register. She came with nogloves and took the customers money and then went back without washing her hands and started making pizzas.I was so grossed outi almost threw up and wanted to throw my pizza in the trash.I myself did not eat any but my family did. I'am still grossed outand will not be back. I feel when your are in the food business you need to be hygienic. Read more

The pizzas are never quite what you expect. Ask for light sauce you get no sauce, ask for extra sauce and pay for it, you... barely get what should be standard. Customer service is hit or miss. I've had excellent service on one visit and the next visit,my pizza will be slapped down on the counter so the cashier can go back to the desk and play on her phone. Ordered online and set it for delivery. After 55 minutes, I called the store and asked if the pizza was still coming. The order... was processed as carry out. Spoke to the manager and she was very helpful and friendly. I got my pizza delivered 10 minuteslater. Great workers, bad online system. Read more

Usually food is yummy..last experience was less than great. Food was overcooked,hard and tasted funny. Cheese sticks were rock... hard, even my dog wouldnt eat them. Should have saved my $ and just gone home and cooked. Read more

Placed our order from the parking lot and was told they would bring it out in less then 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I called... again to remind them we were still waiting. When the pizza was brought out it was cold, dough was old, flat and grease literallyshot on my face when I bit into it. We were overcharged $4 on the pizza. Our order was wrong and there was barely any sauce onthe wings. We asked if they could put some more sauce on the wings but they said it would be an extra charge. Very disappointing Read more

Our pizza was over cooked. The crust was so hard and we could not even eat it. It was terrible. Pizza Hut has lost 3 customers... over this. We used Curb side pickup, the guy came out 3 times to ask our name, he came out another time to tell us he gave usthe wrong price and he needed more money. Read more
