This is the 3rd time in less than a month I've come in and they are "closing a little bit early". Yet they were still making... orders. Why even post that your open til 7 if your closing before even 5:30. Fix the hours!! Waste of a trip. Read more
Nothing to share....since the remodel I've been in at least 6 times, not once have I been able to get something. It's either a... water issue 2x, the new espresso machine, which there's 2, is broken, or the employee just got there, more than 20 minutesafter they're supposed to open or today the night crew didn't clean the machine so it'll be 20 minutes or more until she canmake anything. UPDATE! Finally some people who care and don't act like they hate their job/life, most all the employees now arenice, efficient and thorough. Ethan a young guy is amazing! I live in Colorado Springs/ Denver area. This is hands down the best Starbucks in Colorado!!! They greet everybody as if their... friends. They look at the name on the card you give them and call you by your name. Their drinks are filled to the top whetherthey are hot or cold. If you live in Raton or a traveling on I-25 this is the only Starbucks. It is located in the Safewaystore. This is a perfect example of Baristas who are doing their job better than most! Read more
Stopped by on the way this morning heading back home from CO, Ethan was the only one working behind the counter with an entire... line almost out the door!
