The atmosphere was great. Chrissy was our server and she was just wonderful. Felt like I was with family. The lollipop chicken... Wings were delicious. I ordered the Rib tips and Leo ordered the pastrami Ruben with beans. Everything was delicious. Definitelywould recommend coming here to eat if you are in town. Read more

The service was fantastic! If you go, ask for David. We had ribs, pulled pork, the fried catfish and the blackened catfish.... There was not a single thing we tried we didn?t love. The portions were fantastic (not fully pictured as I forgot to snap mypics before we tasted). Absolutely pleasantly surprised The food here is way more than just BBQ No one in our group even ordered BBQ and everything... we ordered was absolutely amazing A must Go-To for sure is passing through Fast courteous service and cooked to perfection Wife had the Pastrami rueban(best she has ever had) with sweet potato fries. I had the broiled cajun catfish fillet with abaked potato, amazing to say the least our daughter had the Bacon chicken Avocado and she said she loved it. One of the few places open for dining in downtown Trinidad, and you could tell right away as you walked in the door! It was at... capacity, a 30 minute wait for the rest of us walking in off the very cold street... so off to the bar I went. Sat right down,tipped my cap to the mounted White Buffalo directly above me...then Shane, my Barkeep, immediately introduced himself. Darn goodstart... BTW, the place has two floors, a downstairs area for dining, with it's own bar, a pool table, and a dart board! Verycrowded, loud and festive! It was December 21st, so to be expected. I loved that there was a table, front and center, serving afamily of about 14, and hearing all the banter and sarcasm between generations! How fun! I chose the slow cooked roast withgravy and carrots, mashed potatoes, brown gravy and coleslaw. For dessert, (home cooked), warm apple crisp pie, with vanillabean ice cream, dripping with caramel! The pulled pork sandwich was good and not too much fat. I wish it was more Smokey. The fries were good. My husband had the bbq... plate he enjoyed it but the portion was pretty small for the price. My husband was excited the salad was actually mixed greens! Read more
