Had an easy order. Large Drink and 2 plain cheese burgers. Besides the long wait with me as the only inside customer. I get my... order and uber back to my hotel just to find out I spent $18 on 2 fully loaded cheese burgers. Very disappointing that it wouldcost me more money to go back. The baked potato was very good and they add 3 sour cream paks for me. The problems with this Wendy's : one the floors and tables... were sticky and dirt and Two the place's furniture is way out of date. We were just passing through, but the locals put up withthis out of date eater? Read more
The food was good, restaurant was clean. The staff was arguing a bit amongst themselves, I think it was because they just had a... bus rush and were just catching back up. After that was over though, they were able to take my order and it was accurate.Everything was fine. Read more
The sales person is very very rude!! if you are hungry for 1 month and you can die if you don?t feed? enter this Wend?s ? If you... don?t die from lack of food? you?ll be sure to get sick of the attitude of the lady who attends. I'd never go back to thisbusiness! I have never had anyone treat me so rude,and get everything so wrong on my order. Worst service I've ever witnessed. All three... of the ladies at both windows acted like they had never heard the words thank you before. One of them argued with me about ifthe tea was sweet or not and all but refused to get the right drink. Read more
The young kid working register seemed very stressed, we waited over 5 minutes just to order and this is what it look like after... about 12 minutes of to get our food. Last visit, they stated they ran out of ice (not the first time it's happened). Went through the drive thru, food was fine, no... complaints. Lady that took my money didn't say 1 word to me, just took my cash and gave back change. Read more
