First it?s gross that they have gloves on and use the broom and wipe things down and touch the register then don?t even change... the gloves and start making your food.The person making the hot sandwiches is awful and doesn?t know how to roll a wrap .. Iasked for tomatoes and they just put the whole tomato on the wrap and didn?t even cut the tomatoes .. the wrap is literallysoggy and falling apart? annoying I should have went to get a Publix sub :( Read more

This store is terrible. I ordered online and was told it would be ready at 11:36, I went in at 11:36 and there was a line of... people served before they even started my order. This is the second time I have had that happen at this location and will nevergo back. I have been a customer of Jersey Mike's for years and find it unacceptable to wait 30 minutes from the time I placethe order to pick it up. The subs were mediocre as well. Read more
This is the first time we have ordered online for pickup and it was terrible! We put a specific time on for pickup and it was... already made, even although we were 10 minutes early. All the sandwiches were wrong and cold, ordered HOT subs! We took itemsoff certain sandwiches, like onions, yet everything was still on them!! Also the philly cheese steak ones had hardly any meat inthem. We have gone in and ordered before and yes, you get lovely, overflowing sandwiches but DO NOT order online and the storewas quiet, so no excuse for such sloppy sandwiches that cost nearly $10 each. This Jersey Mikes located on 54 and Duck Slough has to be the best in town. My family and I are never disappointed in our meals.... An employee there named, Kolton has been a pleasure to see, he has always been so kind and attentive. Read more
