I can't get over how far down dominos has fallen, I mean they aren't even trying anymore! This was supposed to be a medium ham... and beef pizza with cheese and as you can clearly see it's missing cheese, not cut all the way through and looks like thin crustwhen it's supposed to be hand tossed. Waste of time and money!! We havent ordered from Dominos in a while (over a year) because of always a problem. However this... past Saturday evening we decided to give it a try. I tried ordering online but the App kept giving me a error message so Icalled and wanted to call in a order however you cannot speak to an actual human - just a ROBOT. Both me and my husband do notlike the garlic crust so I told the robot we didnt want the garlic crust and I guess for some reason that meant also no saucewhich we still cant figure out. My husband wanted a medium hand tossed veggie and I wanted the medium thin crust ham &pineapple - simple enough but noooooo. I will say that the delivery was quick (almost less than 30 minutes) and driver wassuper nice. When we opened our pizza boxes both pizzas were without pizza sauce......we were like what the heck is this??? So I tried calling the store and all I got was the robot saying that our pizza had been delivered and there was no option totalk to anyone. SOOOOOO after we paid the delivery fee and tipped our driver I got in my car and had to drive those pizzasback to the store. Furious at this point. I explained what went wrong and the girl said they could remake them so I waitedoutside in my car and she brought them out to me. My bad I should have CHECKED them but didnt - just assumed they would becorrect - so I get back home with the pizzas and mine is correct however my husband has thin crust which he doesnt like at all -he ordered hand tossed. He did eat as much as he could but was very unhappy with it - threw almost half of it in the trash. Such a terrible experience - we are DONE DONE DONE with Dominos after this. Read more
Last year we never had a problem. The last few orders here have been horrible. One night the "computers" were down. Took over 3... hours for my food. The next time I received the text alert my food was ready, arrived at the store and it was not ready. Had towait another 15 minutes in the store then the order was wrong. It's a bunch of kids that have no idea what's going on. Theystand around doing nothing and an older man runs around frantically doing little to nothing. I wish we had more pizza options inthe area or better management here! Figure it out Dominos. Read more
Pretty good pizza from this particular dominoes. I have had better tasting pizza here than the one from Asheboro, NC. I have... always placed a mobile order, never in person or over the phone. I had one occasion where they didn?t have the liter drink thatI had placed with my order and they called to ask for a substitution. Great staff. And delivery personnel do great too. I?lloccasionally leave instructions and they have been met. For example to ?please use door bell and not knock? or simple place foodon doormat, or to use side door. Read more
I ordered a chicken parm sandwhich with extra chicken, I got the sandwhich and it had 2 little pieces of chicken on it and one... whole side didn?t even have any on it. I called up there and told them what happened and they told us that they had a newtrainer and then hung up on us. Now let me remind you, this is 10:30 at night and this is my dinner. This place is very rude,disrespectful and unprofessional. And I will be going up there tomorrow to handle it in person. Read more
The Service was fantastic and fast, the insiders were nice and knew what they were doing. The GM was EXQUISITE and very fast... at taking care of any probelem the customer had. The pizza i got look fantastic the managers are training the kids in therereally good and props to who made my pizza one of the best around. The last 3 pizzas I have ordered from there have been terrible. Usually the dough is raw in the center but tonight I got burned... hairs on the crust! Disgusting! The manager said they aren't required to wear beard or hair nets. So that would possibly happenfrom time to time. I will NOT be going back to this location again. Read more
