Truthful Sentiment About my experience with this restaurant & service. Sorry for this long overdue review since our trip to... Gaspésie region last summer (Aug 2019), but wanted to point out about our experience at this establishment. Our family and Idid try our very best to order food and communicate with the staff in the little French we knew to the best of our abilityknowing that (and expecting) that hardly anyone would speaks in English which is fine. Despite the efforts and to the effort ofthe young staff they did managed to speak some English as well; in the end there was indeed a big misunderstanding and themanager in charge mistreated us! At least that's how I FELT. I won't get into details but I believe the senior staff should bebetter trained to deal with customers of different cultures & visible minorities like us - to be more sensitive. I wasn't toohappy about the service we received, but despite the ordeal I think the younger lady staff who served us did try to apologizedue to the earlier misunderstanding which I appreciated it very much.
