I dont know what is going on! We went. hour and a half before closing and they refused to serve us and other people that arrived... at the same time as me saying they were closing. Some guy was on the phone laughing behind the counter while the other one wastelling us to get out. Last time going there! As it seems it is more important to be on their cellphone then working. The guy behind the counter was very kind, patient and helpful. I recommend this location for this reason.
The chicken is not cooked.
Extremely wrong order. I paid for a beverage I didn't ask for. My order was not placed correctly. So I ate extremely hot... chicken with a cold sauce. He didn't excused himself. And the book served a meal that the cashier had ordered wrongly. So a lotof lack attention. The personnel was talking between themselves. Read more
I walked in the waitress who takes the orders was in the back talking on her pink cell phone for twenty minutes than she came in... the front and took my order while talking on the phone with one of her friends. She wouldnt check peoples orders when they whereup to to deliver cause she only had one hand tk work with the other was used to keep chatting with her friends my order wasmissing two poutines in ghe order. Poor food quality, although it does reach the quality ensured by KFC. It is important to know it's the only KFC in... Trois-Rivières so it has less meaning then other more popular KFCs. The place was not very clean and waitresses were a littleunprofessional but it is something to expect from this kind of fast food. I would recommend the place but only for a once in awhile and nothing more.
