Visiting from Florida. Have decided we?re coming back to Texas just to come eat here. Jennifer was AMAZING. Nick was very... helpful and sweet. We ordered exactly what was recommended and LOVED it. I came to Texas from the uk on a business trip and my colleagues took me here. Upon reflection, they couldn?t have possibly made... a better choice. I have never tasted brisket so damn tender and juicy and succulent and just flipping incredible. I?m so sad Ican?t have it now! I return in January and it?ll be the first place I go! The hospitality was also almost as good as the meat!So friendly and warming and kept serving me samples of meats to help decide what I?d like to order, it was all so incredible butI had to go for the brisket! They even brought me some peach cobbler on the house! I?m sorry I haven?t left the review soonerbut I haven?t stopped telling people about the place and the damn tasty brisket!! We didn?t know what to do when we walked in the building?. but they were SUPER helpful and friendly. They gave us samples of... meat to try. They were all incredible! The meat just melted in your mouth. Everything we ordered was delicious! We had thesmoked turkey and the sausage. Mmmm!!! I would highly recommend eating in the restaurant or taking it to go! Came in for a breakfast taco right before 9am. Fast and friendly service. Ordered 2 breakfast tacos, bacon on one and brisket... on the other. (Way too much food) Salsa included was great, not too hot for sure. This location is easy to get to but parkinglot has a little different arrangement which could be confusing for some. They offer veteran discounts which is nice. Gooddisplay of the rubs and sauces they sell which I assume they use on their food. My only complaint is that when I took my order"to-go" there were no napkins in the bag. Read more
Wow!! I rarely give a restaurant 5 stars, but this place was excellent! First of all this is a really nice area in general, and... the building was newer and clean inside. You park around back and walk around to the side, at least that?s how it felt to me.There?s no front! I ordered the turkey and brisket with a side of Cowboy Campfire pinto beans and it was the best BBQ I?ve hadin a long time. The brisket was moist and tender with a thick flavorful bark, and the turkey was just a tender andflavorful. You?ll definitely want to try the pinto beans. There was no music playing which took away from the atmosphere, butthe food certainly made up for that. I had never been here before so I was really excited to try it. We spent about $80. The employees were nice and it was clean... inside. We ordered to go and they forgot one of our sides. The cream corn and mac and cheese were good. The beef rib was goodbut not the best we?ve had. Unfortunately the brisket sandwich was the driest brisket I?ve ever had. The bread on it wasn?t thatgreat either. I had high hopes for their barbecue since the reviews are good. Hopefully one day when we go back it will improve. Read more
