Took kids to get legs lady on intercom said you'll take what we got . I got a 12 piece family meal and got 2 breaststroke 2... thighs and 5 wings wasn't even 12 pieces and not one leg which was never told they were out. Will not go again. Read more

Love the food the employees are mostly cool they are just short handed but they always mess up my side's and this time I checked... it before I left and took it in to be corrected and got treated a bit bad I understand they was busy and short handed but I'malso a manager at a food place and have a small staff you can't treat people like that makes you not want to go back and I spend$40 at least sometimes twice a week cause my niece and grandson love chicken and I work alot and don't cook much so we depend ontakeout now I'll probably just go to Lee's or travel a little farther next time my family wants KFC Read more
Went to this location yesterday to get some lunch. Pulled into the drive-through and was not only the only car in line but was... the only customer at the location. First tried to get a chicken sandwich meal but was told if I did it would be 15-20 minutewait or if I didn't want to wait I could order something else. I chose to order chicken tenders instead. After paying I wasasked to pull around to the parking lot and someone would bring me my food. While we were parked we saw another car pull in,order food, pull around and someone brought out their food, but still not ours. After a 25 minute wait went inside where a veryrude older gentleman behind the counter proceeds to tell me they didn't have any chicken cooked and sometimes you have to waitfor it to cook. I get you have to cook it but having nothing prepped at lunchtime on a Saturday? If I know I had to wait 25minutes I would have just waited for my first food choice. Guess KFC is killing, plucking, and cooking the chickens on site nowbecause I have never fried some tenders for 25 minutes.....does explain why they were extra dry though Read more
