Ice cream machine has service issues regularly not sure why crazy that I can be charged for the product that I never received
This McDonald's is closed. The hours posted say 8 pm. It's 6:56 and the dinning room is closed.
This is the closest McDonald?s location to our apartment so we go here frequently. The food is good but the accuracy of the... orders is always extremely bad. If you order double quarter pounders or mcdoubles, you will get one patty, 3 out of 4 visits.Makes you wonder if the staff are afraid of putting 2 patties in the same sandwich, or something. We like using the mobile appbut at this location it?s a nightmare since we usually don?t get what we order 80% of the time. We?re going to start travelingfarther for McDonald?s since this location has issues. Food is good, most employees are friendly (most of them feel like theydon?t want to be there or don?t care), but the accuracy of the orders are super bad. Read more
Not good at all! I ordered 3 McDoubles and got no fries on one of them. Got no receipt and waited ages for my Blue Raspberry... slushie (1). Meat in burgers were sloppy, the burgers were "not tasty", fries cold and smushy, no salt at all, had to use myown. I advise you to not waste your money on this place. You will instantly regret. The Young Man that is a Manager is exceptionally Professional in duties and how he is noticeably patient with co-workers upon... mistakes,sets expectations for others by his actions treats his team-members with respect that he also receives graciously. Heis caring, thoughtful, non-judgmental,kind and attentive towards the customers; regardless of obvious appearance of hardships. I sincerely hope that the " McDonald's Corporate office" shows some type of appreciation for having such a friendly, goodhearted, trustworthy and Friendly , Professional,personable exceptional humanitarian,goal/ success driven,leader by actions ofexample not demands or yelling.A asset for McDonald's they should acknowledge by promotion and prosperous gains. I made a mobile order and arrived at 10:20pm. I was informed they were closed despite all signage saying they?re open until... 11:00pm. It took me several minutes to cancel the order and I wasted reward points. Avoid this location if you want honest hoursand service. Read more
