Even though we ordered 15 minutes before they were going to close the pizza was not done all the way so I was disappointed. What... hurt me the most was when I called the next day they explained what happened the night before, they told us that we had to goback through Postmates or doordash the problem is when we call those companies they want to give people the run around and notgive nobody a credit or money back which I think is totally wrong. I worked in food service for over 30 years and it used to bethe customer was always right what happened to that so we were out of money and the food the pizza ended up getting thrown away40 bucks down the drain very disappointed. And yes the manager of the store knows about it shows how much companies carenowadays doesn't it they will not get any more of our business and it's a shame. Read more
There was only 1 person in the store until someone came in from their break and the chime at the pickup window didn`t work so I... waited about 7 mins to be waited on. The outer edges of the pizza were falling apart while the inner part of the pizza was notfully cooked. The texture of the bacon was either too done to chew or too fatty to chew and the sauce tasted like someone dumpedsugar on the pizza. I am really upset that Pizza Hut now charges a $5.99 delivery fee!!!! Ridiculous!!! Read more
When I worked in trotwood this was one of best Pizza Huts have ever been to. Wings very good and fresh and chicken pasta alfredo... was excellent along with pizza. Much better than Brookville location where I live sorry but true. Haven't been to trotwoodlocation in a few years though so hopefully still the same. Read more
I was shocked to find my order was being delivered by a Door Dash driver, and having a bunch of miscellaneous fees added to my... order, making my $18 order become $35. With absolutely NO warning. I will not be ordering delivery from Pizza Hut anymore. Read more
The pizza was delivered exactly on time. The driver was super friendly with my dogs and was just pleasant to be around. The food... was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. Thank you Pizza Hut for always doing your best! Xoxo Read more
forgot to put my ground beef on my pizza. I asked for my onions and peppers to be chopped a little finer because for 'whatever... reason' the peppers and onions are extremely big, and loaded on the pizza. The lady said, sorry we can't do that. I'm thinkingwhy not. You have a knife and I am the customer. I am spending my money. What ever happen to good customer service? The customerbeing right? Going the extra mile to please the customer. I simply asked for smaller size peppers and onions on my pizza.Needless to say, I went to another Domino's because they had no problem taking 15-20 seconds to chop my peppers and onions. I'llnever spend a dime here again or any Pizza Hut for that matter. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Read more
