White Castle is the classic American decadent treat; who doesn't love their sliders? I miss the old B-17 graphics "Belly Bombs"... advertising. Over the years their menue has enhanced; I like the jalepino cheese burgers, and the wife likes their onion chips. They have other interesting sides as well. My first time ever getting white castle that was not from the freezer section. (1.)The food over priced I got 8 sliders, 4 of... the regular & 4 bbq bacon that was over $13. (2.) I waited in the "white box" (they asked me to pull forward) for over 10minutes, I checked the time my receipt was printed. I dialed the number on the receipt to complain, while I was listening to therecording the back door opened and they came out with the COLD food. (3) checked my order and half of it was missing, 4 wholesliders missing!! (4) Had to drive around and go inside. (5) walked up to the counter, was acknowledged by no one!! I can seethat you see me! (6) a gentleman standing next to a young lady both making sliders gives out "is there something wrong withtheir order" I responded with "yes! There is something wrong with my order". Ask me that question not the person next to you,she doesn't know what my issue is. (7) no bacon on the BBQ bacon sliders. I checked at the counter while I was waiting for mymissing sliders. (8) An older lady came out from the side and requested my 4 sliders to be made and offered to remake my bbqslider this time with bacon, she was nice. (9) Overall experience, that was my first and probably last time going to a whitecastle. Tried it once. I don't need to do it again. Last time I'll stop here on my way home from work for a late night dinner. Ordered a couple double cheeseburgers and a small... fries with a cheese cake on a stick and it cost over $13!!! Definitely over priced!!! I can see why Harold and Kumar don't doWhite Castle anymore! McDonald's is way cheaper and more bang for your buck!!! Read more

Restroom was clean and stocked! Got burgers, fries, cheese sticks and a drink and oh my gosh, every single bite was absolutely... fresh, hot, and delicious! The lady working the drive thru was so friendly and helpful. Read more
