Every time we go there the food is cold and meat is dry from the chili dogs to the burgers and fries. The only decent thing they... have are the cheddar peppers and mozzarella sticks. I've gave them too many chances in Troup Tx. They take the food back aftershowing them and send out the same type of products it's horrible. I deleted the app and I'm done with them. I really try to give places benefit of the doubt - especially fast food because I?ve worked it, and especially sonic because... I?ve worked for a different branch as my first job - after realizing the ice cream I ordered today was spoiled, I was likethat?s pretty gross but you know it happens. Then I sucked up something gooey in my water, opened my cup and found my lemons tobe molded ???? needless to say I will not be going back to Sonic Drive-In in Troup, Texas evaaaaaaa again ???? **also, I wasn?tgoing to mention it however given the circumstances I will say I have a pretty strong stomach, not much really upsets it. Myhusband and I ate there a few days ago, the order was wrong first of all, second of all the food was AWFUL. Terrible experience, came by and the parking lot was almost empty. Waited 30 plus mins for our food on top on tap. This place... just keeps going downhill. Won?t be back. Read more
Every time I've ever had a issue here they have fixed it. There food is always yummy. Very good sonic.
Bree working at 5:30pm on Sunday 06/05 had HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered food & she came out & asked us to check our bags... so we did. Missing extreme tater tot's & honey mustard. She said "I didn't ring up extreme." I said yes ma'am, you repeatedmedium extreme tater tot on the intercom. She then says she'd make them & comes back with regular mustard. I said- I asked forhoney mustard, may I please get that? And she says in a snarky manner "If I can find it." She then comes back with the honeymustard & a small not medium extreme tot with no fork. I don?t normally do reviews but I don?t know what has happened in the Troup location. The service has become so terrible in the... last 2 weeks. Great managers and other great employees either fired or they quit do to changes being made. The new staff isrude, conveniently forget to give you your change. Examples of how the service has fall to the side, 1) call in order of 2burgers and 2 drinks-20 minute wait after arriving and 3 employees outside talking about a party 2) 1 drink in the drive throughwith only 1 car in front of me 35 minute wait while I hear laughing and talking from inside 3) tried to call in an order nevergot an answer with a busy signal for 25 minutes. The owners need to 1) fire current employees 2) sell the store 3) askheadquarters for help or 4) shut the store down. We have enjoyed having a sonic in town but things need to change back to thegood they were. I know business has slowed down because I see it. Read more
I ordered a chicken sandwich from here on 11-5-2020 and opened it my sandwich to find out there was a bit out of it. Took it... back up there the manager gave attitude about the whole thing eventually made a new sandwich this was my wife sandwich that shejust opened Read more
