It seems like a few of the McDonalds have had problems with there ice cream makers lately. This one did not have ice cream... available when we visited. I've been to others who also didn't have ice cream available too. One star for not having all theofferings on the menu. Based on other reviews, it's obvious the management here doesn't care about the customer or is ignoranton how to manage a restaurant. Read more
We just had worst experience at this location. Been waiting so long for our order. Guess what? Food was cold and wrong... sandwiches and also no barbecue sauce When we came back they ignored us for 5 min. Finally when I explained what happenedmexican lady from drive thru was so rude. This location didn't deserve even 1 star. I came with my two little kids. We ordered 2 French fries and I asc nicely for 2... ranches. The Mexican lady on drive thru was really rude, she said it's only 1 ranch we suppose to get .I bought 2 fries thatmean I can have 2 ranches. She becomes two mean almost thrown out on me that second ranch and said we have to pay 25 cents. I've been in many different locations all over the country and never been treated that way. Stay away from this locationespecially that Mexican mean, not satisfied lady. Very poor costumer service. Read more
Peach fuzz kid at the front counter refused to sell me an oatmeal because he said it wasn't breakfast time. They always have in... the past, at least at other locations, but I guess pouring hot water in a cup was too much trouble. Asked him to ask his managerand he refused. So I skipped ordering the rest of the meal and moved on. Read more
We went through the drive thru at 8:50 pm. The gentleman taking our order was rude and the same gentleman gave us our food and... was just as rude. They forgot the BBQ sauce so my son parked and I went inside. A woman held the door open and proceeded to walkaway and ignore me. I finally had to yell excuse me and she still ignored me. Another worker wandered over and I got the BBQsauce. I have never seen such poor customer service. How is this place still possibly open??? Read more

We got three meals and they were out of CO2 so we couldn't get any fountain drinks and they were slow and horrible customer... server. They got two burgers incorrect. Not the first time this place has been bad. Read more
Every time I go here they always mess up my order. It's could even be the simplest order and they still mess it up. Today I went... and they just through together the sandwiches and didn't even make them right. And then on top of that they just threweverything in the bag my kids chicken nuggets where all over the bag and the bottom of the bag. I will not go back to thisMcDonald's again. Poorly handled.
