Believe me or not. Frappe machine has been out for months. When you order large fries on a $1 deal menu they give you half empty... and their old fries. Sometimes i feel their burger buns are hard and feels like they have been out for hours. They messed up myother in the past 3 months like 5 times that I had to drive back to change it. Read more
Was not impressed, I ordered three quarter pounders because they advertise they are made fresh to order. Well the were barely... warm, almost cold and the buns were dried out like they have been sitting out all day. Didn?t enjoy the food at all. What is the point of having 5 cars all parked waiting from the drive through? What kind of nonsense is this? If you are 5 orders... behind, stop taking orders until you catch up. No one wants to pull out of line. To park in jammed compact spaces. Two thumbsdown. Also, you forgot to bring out our food ever. Idiots. Read more
Usually they?re great but tonight they shorted me on my change and said ?we don?t have enough to give you the change? completely... unacceptable, they gave me a dollar that was tore to bits and thought that was okay and when I asked for different change theysaid ?we can?t give that to you we don?t have enough?. Terrible customer service 0/10 recommend. Went through the drive throughto tell them it wasn?t okay what they did and the worker told me ?you have the wrong one? highly unprofessional. If the GMdoesn?t respond to this and make it right then these actions will continue. It?s a McDonald?s and it?s a fast food chain but myentire day is ruined because of them, it?s inappropriate and unacceptable. The list of issues at this McDonald?s grows almost every time I come here. 1, the lady in the evening drive through can be... EXTREMELY rude. DO NOT interrupt her flow unless you want sideways glances and a McDrillSargent! This morning, while thegentleman in the drive through was extremely polite, the lobby hours show the lobby open at 7:00AM. it is currently 08:30. Thelobby is locked. The employees won?t even LOOK at you. (Are we all that repulsive??) The store does NOT answer the phone. Andthe COMMON COURTESY of displaying ?lobby closed? doesn?t exist here. Are you really going to let dozens if not hundreds ofpeople walk up to a locked door only to be ignored? PUT UP A SIGN YOU JERKS! This McDonalds is always busy so expect a line inside and outside of the building. Overall the experience with staff and... accuracy of the orders are not particularly notable. There are only two things I ever remember of my experiences at thislocation. It was a long LONG wait and the prize at the end of that wait is not hot food. Today, I waited over 30 minutes for myorder. My kid really wanted McDonald's so I put up with the wait. Even she said she didn't want to go there anymore because shehad to wait so long for cold egg mcmuffins. If you are in a rush and/or want a hot breakfast, this is not the location for you.If you have time to kill, want accurate orders (most of the time), and flat-affected staff, this place is perfect for you. The food was decent, despite the fact it took almost an hour to get it. Being so close to a High School seems to make it quite... stressful here....I understand it's not really their fault, but when orders that were placed 20-30 minutes AFTER mine aregetting their stuff first that's when it gets ridiculous! Not to mention I had to hound them to make sure they even made ourfood. It's a good thing my 2 year old was happy to get some fries otherwise we would have requested our money back. Read more
Employees are generally very rude and rush you. Food tastes like it has sat there for ages, is either soggy or stale. They also... fail to get orders correct, either giving the wrong item or missing an item entirely. Very disappointing. Might as well headdown Hogan a little and hit up the other McDonald's. Read more
