Awesome customer service!!! I ordered a pizza super late, about 10:50pm. I worked all day and was exhausted. When I went to pick... it up, the girl not only brought it out to me right away (I took probably 2 steps out of my car) but she also wrote a reallynice message on the box. Horrible customer service. I ordered dinner online for delivery, even put in my address followed all the prompts at check out... and paid. An hour goes by so I call the store to check on it, they tell me that it?s been ready for a while and that is was acarry out.. They say they can cancel the order but the $ wouldn?t be back on my account for 3 business days. That I?d have toreorder and repay and have to wait who knows how long for it to be delivered. I understand it was an online issue but notoffering any compensation for the error in their system, or for our time or for the fact I will be out all that money and dinnerfor the night is just not right. Please stop and thing about you and your interaction with your friends. How many times per week do you recommend businesses to... them? How many times per week do you have a business transaction. For me in a typical week I may do 20 transactions and makezero recommendations to friends. That is why I am not "highly likely" to refer people to this Pizza Hut location. I am likelyto use it again and refer anyone that asks for a recommendation. Read more
Ordering and delivery were excellent and i would strongly agree about it. The pizza itself was super salty, no one could eat a... whole slice, i dont know how they cook it? But its way too salty. You guys need to reduce anything salty. My kids could not eatit either. Please improve this part of it because we love "pizza hut" and would not want to stop ordering. Read more
They messed up on one order and it was okay it just wasn't what I wanted and I told them. They insisted on replacing it even... though I stated it was not necessary. I have subsequently shopped there multiple times and have nothing but good things to sayabout the quality of the food and the people that work there. Read more
