Worst experience every will not go back to this store and have used them many times in the past. Placed order online everything... was wrong. Gave us the wrong bread, didn't even cook the flatizza for my 7 year old son nor did it have the marinara sauce onit, it was shredded cheese and olive thrown together and put in a wrapper. Ordered through Grubhub - WORST SUBWAY EVER. Normally I wouldn't even bother leaving a review, but when you order a bacon egg &... cheese and the sandwich arrives WITHOUT bacon, there's a serous problem with the employees working there. It is basic sandwiches. All menu Items are nolonger customizable so you get it how it comes-they are very strict about it so... don't even try. Cost is not worth what you get anymore. There are many better sandwich shops or just go to the food carts downthe road. Also close to a High School so don't bother going at lunch time. Read more
Walked in at about 9:30 Tuesday evening with the hopes of getting something quick for dinner. Two employees "working" the... counter, one of them had gone back into the office before my father & I walked in only to come back out and let us know theywere supposedly closed for the night. It looked as though there was some customers tucked into the back of the dining roomeating when we walked in, but it could have been more employees- I'm not sure. Rather disappointed. Read more
Saw some rough reviews, but I went ahead and put in an order anyway (through the app). Didn't realize I could just pick it up,... but the dude was cool, came out to see if he could do anything for me and pointed out the rack. Wished me a good night and thatwas that. Sandwich is good as Subway gets and I've got no complaints, especially for a 24-hour spot. Read more
This store still only has 1 employee working (at least for night shift), which worked against them, because while we stood in... line for 20 minutes we started looking around & realized the light fixtures & water sprinklers over the food are covered indust, the windows on the food containers look like they are never wiped down & there isn't a clean "surface" in site. This isdisconcerting under normal conditions, but I don't see how this isn't a health hazard during Covid-times. Needless to say, wedecided to leave & try another location. The district manger and her side kick are very rude. Gave her own opinion and judged something she shouldn?t have. I never seen... or see any black people working in there. I went to an interview back in May 2022 and noticed something during the interview butdidn?t want to assume nothing. I witnessed them hire a white boy on the spot. I witness them tell another white person they willbe calling them back. I purposely came to another interview on 11/4/2022, that?s when it was clear to me at that time, thedistrict manager seems to have a problem with black people. She thought she was just going to talk and treat me any kind of way,coming to me with her nose flared out, and body posture real negative. The thing is feel how you want too, but please don?tdisrespect me. I am in contact with cooperate about this issue. If I could give them -5 stars I would have. Read more
