The BEST Arby's we've ever had!!! We actually stopped eating at Arby's for a while because the staff at the Denver location is... extremely rude and the quality of food at the Mooresville location is very disappointing. We stopped by the Troutman location afew weeks ago and everything from the staff to the food was amazing. We've been there a total of three times now and it's greatevery time. Troutman is about a 30 minute drive for us but when we want Arby's we make the trip because it's that good. Read more
The food was decent. The little girl that worked the window was rude she threw my food out the window and slammed the door. My first experience was pretty rough. I ordered curly fries and a roast beef sandwich through the drive through. The fries... were cold and stale and the sandwich was overly salted. Unfortunately i didn't know this until I got home, and going backwasn't an option so i ended up throwing it out. I mentioned this to my friends and they confirmed that there is a prettynoticeable difference in quality when ordering drive through later at night than when dining in. I decided to give this theorya try a few months later and had a much better experience when dining in. I got the gyro sandwich which was surprisinglysimilar to an authentic gyro. The service was friendly and the food was significantly better. Proceed with caution. Idheavily suggest dining in or at least going inside to order the food "to go". Read more
The food - Classic Roast Beef sandwiches and Arby sauce - was really good. Recently, we tried the Greek Gyros with Roast Beef... (other choice is lamb), and they're delicious. Great alternative to greasy fast food. Read more

Doing a lot of travel I have the opportunity to eat at a number of fast food locations. They all pale in comparison to THIS... Arby?s. From the clean parking lot, to the kind courteous service, to the very fast prep and delivery of our order. Not onlythat the order was CORRECT! Patrick runs a great restaurant and he treats customers with respect. He understands people are in ahurry and he is quick to get you serviced. Whatever they are paying Patrick and his crew, IT ISN?T ENOUGH. This business willloose great employees if they don?t treat them right. One word . Meh . I?ve had issues here before but my wife wanted something from there . Couldn?t go in and order for whatever... reason and my order was misunderstood. Waited in the drive thru line for more than 20 minutes on 2 pies. I also ordered two nugget meals with fries. The fries were... cold and soggy when I got them and the nuggets were so hard and thick to chew through. The pies were hot so that's a plus. Therewas also another gentleman waiting before me with his wife and they had given a different man their order so they had to waiteven longer. It was just an overall mess. But the cashier did have a nice attitude when I paid and was asked to move forward towait.
