It?s convenient and that?s about it . Not like it used to be as far as friendly staff and knowledgeable. Also , I don?t need to... know that you and your coworker are ?gon smoke sumthin? later . Last week I stood and waiting and watched what I guess was a newemployee fumble with the three scratchers I handed her to scan and cash . Addendum this is what was waiting in the latrine lastvisit Was said and done I only got back two of the three and when I went back in she didn?t have a clue as to what I was talkingabout . It was only like 5 dollars or whatever so I let it roll . Definitely not what it used to be . Addendum: Stopped by for a?quick? purchase and nope ??more employees working the to go food counter than the other counter . 6 people waiting and oneemployee working the counter. Smh Read more
I'm here just about every week or so, never had a bad experience. Friendly staff, and very clean, especially in comparison to... most gas stations in the county! My food is always made correctly too - their mozz sticks and smoothies are fantastic. Shon andNygel in particular are extremely hard workers that I love seeing when I come in. Most places in Troutman have disappointed me -this Sheetz is by far the best business in the area. Decently priced gas and food with great staff! Read more
I love this sheetz! I live 15min away, but I?ve been making the drive for years just to come to this location. The customer... service is exquisite, the food is delicious, and I?m on a first name basis with most of the staff. I always have a wonderfulexperience here no matter what time of day, and the store is always clean. After making my order perfect, I asked Nigel to snapa quick photo with me so I could properly thank him for always cooking it up in the kitchen and providing me with the mostwelcoming and speedy experience I could have at a gas station. My order is always right and the gas is always affordable. Old bay Seasoning IS NOT RUB?. You use Oldbay just like you would use salt on fries? no reason for me to have a ant hill of... Oldbay with my food? I tried shaking it off and rubbing it off and it didn?t work? out of 5tenders.. Super easy access off/on 77. Clean gas station and restrooms. Gas was the best 87 unleaded I?ve almost ever seen. We used the... easy touch screen kiosks inside to order a fast and delicious lunch. Lots of great menu options for a great price. Employeeswere fast and friendly. I recommend standing in line to pay, because if your like me, and look down next to the Snickers candyrack, you may find a dollar bill laying on the floor. I know I did. Read more
Unfortunately I have to give one star. The food was awful!! First of it was near cold. I ordered extra bacon. If you'd puzzle... the tiny pieces of bacon together you might be lucky to come up with 2 see through pieces. The bagel was hard as a rock. Theextra Guacamole for $.60 was barely a tbsp full and just slapped over the bacon. Well, to their defence the bacon was somicroscopic that they probably didnt see it. Oh, not to forget the tots!
