Probably shouldn?t come to this location if you?re seeking timely service or order accuracy. I normally wait in this drive thru... 20-40 minutes with an hour one occasion where I already paid through the app and just waited it out. Seems to be a reoccurringissue at this location. Read more

Was waiting on a door dash order for over 40 minutes employees looked high and also there was no manager in site. Still calling... corporate on them in the morning. The employees was cussing another door dash driver that waited an hour for his customer'sorder. There was a family in the lobby that also was wanting for over 45 minutes for their food and went to the Frontline askingfor their order that wasn't even started. They was to busy trying to close down one line instead of helping the customers withthere order. Read more
Ordered here tonight and even with the long wait in drive thru it was well worth it. The new manager is amazing even gave us a... slush for our wait time for our food. Great customer service and will return!!! Read more
They get your order right most everytime and they have consistency. In other words you have expectation when you go to this... taco-bell and they always meet or exceed it. Hard to do in the fast food industry from a business standpoint. Read more
Horrible experience at Taco Bell. Ordered Burrito, supreme taco and chips & cheese. Taco didn?t have hardly anything in it,... burrito was poorly wrapped, didn?t taste right and the chips tasted old. My husband asked for fresh chips, but they didn?t tastemuch better. Also, when he asked for fresh chips? employee took his barehands, touch a fresh chip and placed it back in the bagand gave it to my husband. He then again asked for a new bag. Employee also has a bandage on his finger which should be coveredwith a finger cot or he should be wearing two gloves. Unbelievable experience. I went inside to order and they asked me ?how did you get in here?? it was 6 PM on a weeknight and they... told me they meant to lock the door to keep people out. They were playing Loud rap music, which was inappropriate because myyoung daughter was with me. I had to wait 45 minutes for a very simple order and they would not refund my money to me when I askback so I could just leave. Other people after me entered the store and the female manager turned off the kiosks. While Iwaited, I witnessed a manager cuss someone out on the phone and loudly complained about her entire staff quitting. A newemployee had no idea how to make the food and the manager told me to read the instructions on the wall. Another worker showed upout of uniform and began making food. Surprisingly, my food was good and the order was correct. I hope the location can get itsact together. I called to talk about my experience and I think it was the same lady hung up on me. She told me to call backlater. Just a really bad experience. My neighbors have had similar problems at this same location. Read more
