LOVED this place. Greeting warmly when we entered. Seated immediately. Served coffee super-fast (very important). Server... took our order right away and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was served well cooked and prepared correctly. The omelets were delicious, the hash browns great and the biscuit was one of the best I have ever had. Bacon was served verywell done, exactly the way I like it! All in all, this was a great meal, at a great diner. Though not from the area, it is onour list if we return! Read more
Great little find! We will definitely stop here again! It looks like at one time it may have been a Waffle House but now a small... local chain. Great food at a great price. My husband had the BLT and I had the pulled pork. Both were delicious!! Less than$18 The only negative was one of the waitresses, not ours, made a rude remark out loud about her tip not being enough. And shewas talking to herself. Maybe she was having a bad day, but if you want better tips try being a little more professional. Read more
We were at a rest stop getting gas and picked this place to grab lunch because of the great rating and over 1K reviews. Wow,... the ratings were on point. We ordered chili, cheesesteaks with double meat + gourmet onion rings, gumbo, BLT with double baconand the classic burger. Our server was friendly, the service was great and the food was amazing. As NJ residents, we knowdiners, so to stumble onto this gem at rest stop in VA was truly a treat. Read more
Nice place, Reminds me of Waffle House but Better food and service. My Eggs weren't right and the Bacon was Not Crispy like I... ordered but they redid it. Great Bisquets and Gravy it just needed more Salt and Pepper. My Waitress Renee was Awesome and Sweetand Very Helpful. I Recommend this place... Great spot. Used to be a waffle house. Staff is terrific, our server Tara was a joy. Beer selection isn't great but the fact... that they have beer in general is nice. The food was outstanding. I got the breakfast skillet (see attached). Not too greasy,and the eggs were cooked correctly. Pretty easy parking. Read more

Exactly what a diner experience is supposed to be like! Great coffee, late breakfast and quick service! I had the cheese... burger and it was juicy and flavorful and the fries were hot and crisp! My wife had the shrimp basket - definitely ask for the"Boom Boom" sauce with the cocktail - it's spicy but oh so good! We were just passing through but if we make it back this way,will definitely stop again - maybe breakfast this time? Read more
Went to this diner and they didn't have a chicken and rice plate... they had a chicken Alfredo and broccoli plate tho. So I... asked very nicely if they could take out the pasta and Alfredo sauce and make with a rice. They had leftover Jambalaya ricethey make. I said that's great! Can we do that? They did!! The people there are very delightful, helpful, sweet, conversing, and remind me of being back home in my mom's kitchen. Good tap IPA. My beer of choice from tap. This place, from my experiencedeserves ???? great staff! Highly recommend! Yall were awesome! Wait... the food.... ummm amazing. Chicken is tender andseasoned. The rice (which was not made for my custom order) was flavored great with a Cajon twist. The broccoli was perfect, soft with some body left.
