Best nutrition location here in Troy, AL! Go see MK and she will get you set up with a shake and tea. MK is most knowledgeable... when it comes to any dietary restrictions. She can help you set up goals and weight loss/gain plans and this herbal life stuffworks. Very friendly atmosphere!!! Always adding new flavors and doing fun activities.
