They DO NOT give you extra cheese. Ever. And they argue with you when you show them you can see the sauce where there is... literally no cheese. Even after I gave up ordering extra cheese the last 3 times I've eaten there my whole family has gottensick. Not to mention the insane prices. Read more

Ordered from our app and went through the drive thru to pick up... one guy looking at this phone walked right past us, then a... young boy in a bright yellow shirt came walking by... he also had his phone up in his face... did look up and help us but hegave us a cold nasty pizza... then didn?t know that we needed a 2 liter, had to be told... he was rushing us away... not sure ifwe?ll be back... just moving to the area... even left a tip... wish I would have took pictures... The English language lacks the words to properly articulate how sad and miserable the food and overall experience from the Troy... Pizza Hut has been for a long time now. The only reason I am rating this 2-stars instead of 1-star is that the food given to meduring my most recent visit actually resembled what was ordered, despite it costing nearly double what it would elsewhere. I am a driver for a local company here in Troy, AL and had the opportunity to order food from Pizza Hut. The guy that answered... the phone was really helpful, friendly, and accommodating to my phone signal not being very good. When the food was delivered(within about 20 minutes) it was hot still noticeably hot. The driver had to wait for me to move my truck out of the way for aseparate issue and had no hostility nor attitude for my delay (about @10 minutes). I get back to where I'm parking for thenight and I see this note on the chicken I ordered for my service dog and had to make comment and give a big thank you to thestaff, Miss. G and Mr. J as well as the cooks that prepared our order. I'm loving the pizza and thinking the boy is liking hischicken too!???????? Read more
My husband went to get pizza and said he was there 30 minutes. He asked the woman behind the counter (who had been playing on... her phone) to check and see if our order was ready and then she found that it had been in the warmer the whole time. Pizza wasburnt, didn't taste good at all and the cheese on both pizzas had run out of the crust. Won't be eating here again. $40 forthis. Read more
I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I placed an online order at 2:45 for a pickup at 3:30. Store was not busy at all. I... arrived at 3:40 to pick my food up, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food!! When I got home with my food, theCinnabon Mini Rolls were inedible die to being overcooked!
