I've been eating at this Cracker Barrel my entire life and will continue to do so. We've been doing curbside pick up recently... and have had a few problems with phone numbers not working and missing items from our order. The quality of the chicken seems tohave gone down as well. I usually have an impeccable experience in the restaurant though. Read more

Never received our appetizers. Our waiter walked by multiple times but would never offer to refill our drinks- we would have to... flag him down and ask. The Shiloh, IL location is much better. Read more
Food was good, but wait was long (30 minutes for half our group). Service was strange as two servers split our group by half and... half but one server was much more experienced than the other. Longer wait on food, no drinks refills, or things like straws andnapkins for half our group. I get having 2 servers for party of 13, but figured they would serve us together not as two separategroups. Read more
