I've been eating at this Cracker Barrel my entire life and will continue to do so. We've been doing curbside pick up recently... and have had a few problems with phone numbers not working and missing items from our order. The quality of the chicken seems tohave gone down as well. Never received our appetizers. Our waiter walked by multiple times but would never offer to refill our drinks- we would have to... flag him down and ask. The Shiloh, IL location is much better. Read more
Food was good, but wait was long (30 minutes for half our group). Service was strange as two servers split our group by half and... half but one server was much more experienced than the other. Longer wait on food, no drinks refills, or things like straws andnapkins for half our group. I get having 2 servers for party of 13, but figured they would serve us together not as two separategroups. Read more
I took fried chicken and they were like blah, not very tasty. The biscuit was too salty. The price is not that much though.
I order from here multiple times a week, and usually the food is ready and correct with the time of pickup on their... website. However, the past couple of weeks it seems like the person preparing the salads is having issues. A chef salad istwice the price of a house salad because it comes with meat on it. Within two weeks now I've ordered a chef's salad with nocroutons/no bacon. The salad I get is just a larger sized house salad and bacon still added. I work nights so returning to getorder corrected is not an option. Please check on the people making to go orders and have someone ensure the order is correctbefore being placed for pickup. Read more

The chicken fried chicken was delicious. I give it 5 stars. The loaded mashed potatoes was good I give them 4 stars and the mac... n cheese was alright. It was pretty dry. The waitress was one of the best waitresses I've ever had. Definitely recommend Read more
