Lazy mechanics that don?t want to work. One of the mechanics lied to me about long a work would take and proceeded to void my... work, after a very long wait I was told my work was cancelled and had to get back to the end of the line again. Attention corporate office... Retrain your staff! Hire a Manger that can lead your team. I called 7:00 AM. Clueless lady... answers. I explain I need rotation on driver steer and rebalance, self pay. She somehow writes it under company and calls forauthorization. That takes time. She does not tell me. Hr later I asked. How much longer. She tells me I have to wait but doesnot explain. My husband goes back half hr later. She says waiting for authorization. I go back and let her know I told her weare self pay. Out at 10: 00 AM All bays were empty. Cody was the only one working outside and helping drivers asking questionsabout issues. The rest, well...smoking, chatting clueless of what it takes to run a business. Only 2 trucks have been calledis in 3 and half hrs. I had a minor issue. What would it be if I had bigger issues? Read more
Went to the shop to get a tire. It took them 8 1/2 hours. Checked on progress several times. Last few times I checked tire was... on. Found someone and ask what was going on and mysteriously my truck is ready now. Said they were just about to call me but Iwas sitting at a table right in front of the shop. SMH if you need work done here you better be on a reset. It seem like TAShops have total disregard for drivers time. We have a job to do just like them. Also most shops at TA don't have a waiting areafor the drivers to wait at. Read more
It?s 07:00 on this Sunday morning. Freightliner told me to leave truck and it will be Wednesday before they can check me... out. Jordan took care of me here at the TA in about an hour. Only needed a brake chamber. I thought it was more going on insidethe dash but fortunately it was not. Also I had a 3 axle alignment performed later in the day. Excellent work and greatattitudes. Thanks. PS. I love Freightliner but not that much to be down 3 days just for a look ????. Read more
Very clean truck stop, at 9pm there are a lot of free spaces, a huge reserve parking, not bad feeding, there is a Mac across the... road to Pilot. But with fuel pumps they have a problem, it?s time to replace them with new parts. Read more
Drivers are allowed to park in drive way that allows other drivers to safely park tractor trailer in reserved spots. Go to pilot... across the street. Plenty of room to park and no drivers blocking your way. Read more
