The side dishes on the buffet have no great flavor at all. Their rice pilaf tasted on one Saturday night just like mom used to... make, that was four years ago. Now, it tastes like biting into hay. No flavor at all. Corporate greed took its toll. Read more
Waitress brought us the menus then came back with our drinks and said she'd be back in a couple minutes after we decided what we... wanted. She never returned after about 20 mins and there was only a couple other customers. When she started cleaning a tableafter some customers left we decided to leave. Stopped in with my husband on the way home from Texas! We loved it! Heather greeted us right away and told us about the specials... and soup and salad bar came with our meal (chicken tenders)! Clean restaurant overall! Really friendly server! Read more

The food was great, decent pricing, the atmosphere could be a lottle better but the inside is nice and fairly clean and the... staff was friendly. Our server communicated very well with my 7 y.o. son. The salad bar is VERY slim pickings but what was therewas good and the fruit was amazing. Best watermelon I've had off a salad bar in awhile. The guy working the salad bar knew whathe was doing. My 1 big complaint is I wish the dessert was a little cheaper but overall I will be coming back often. Read more
Service and meal started out well. After we received our food, everything went downhill. I ordered the Arizona Ranch chicken mac... and cheese. Mac and cheese was good; the chicken was cold, chewy, and tasted old. My boyfriend ordered the Avocado Bacon Burgerand got the Arizona Ranch Burger instead. When Olivia, our server, came around to ask how everything was, we explained thesituation. It turned ugly, I was upset, Olivia thought it would be good to walk towards the kitchen and slam dishes into the tubin front of other customers and tell me that "all these shenanigans aren't necessary." THIS HAPPENS AT COUNTRY PRIDE AND IRONSKILLET ACROSS THE COUNTRY!!! People are paying more than McDonald's prices for their food; people expect hot quality food, notsome poor excuse of a meal and excuses from management, saying the cook is new and he has his issues. Comping a meal does notfix the problem; it just creates the hope that the customer will leave quickly, in turn, sweeping the problem under the rug. Read more
