One star, not for the food but solely for the service or lack thereof. We walked in and no one acknowledged us, just looked at... us. The guy working the drive through looked at us a couple of times and said nothing. Finally one of the guys from the backcame out and took the order. The guy on the fryers had long hair hanging down loose. Shouldn't it be tied back, at the veryleast. The back door was propped open, which did not seem appropriate either. When the food was ready it was plunked down onthe counter without a single word. This is a reply to the answer I received from the owner... filling out a form on yourwebsite will do no good since not one of the employees was wearing a uniform or a name tag. The date was 11.6.22 at 4:20 pm atstore #1413 in Troy, Illinois. Read more

I have been here many times in the last few months and each time everything has been perfect. The young man Hunter at the window... is always friendly and efficient. I get my breakfast quickly and it's always delicious. What's up with being out of cream?Coffee just isn't the same without it... Read more

I don't normally make reviews but read a review from one recently that said they received food poisoning from their food so... decided to share my experience. A few months ago I also got food poisoning from the same location and haven't been back since.Place needs to have health inspector check it ASAP, especially during the midnight shift. I used to occasionally go to thislocation every couple of weeks since they were open 24 hours, but despite this don't bother if its past 10 PM. It took me atleast always 10+ minutes to get my food and sometimes took upwards of 20+, the place looks filthy (no surprise why people getfood poisoning), and the staff are weirdly rude. I've had multiple instances where I get told I'm ordering wrong. For exampleone time I ordered a meal based on the number and then I asked for mini tacos to replace fries. Before being able to finish myorder I was interrupted and the lady working the register said "You can't do that because fries only come with the combo", towhich I responded with "oh my bad I meant the combo", and was met with in an incredibly rude tone, "Well if you were wantingthe combo you should specify it". Is it not just common sense to assume that if I'm asking for the fries to be replaced that Imean the meal, also even if I didn't ask for the meal isn't it common sense to just let me finish ordering and when I say a meal+ side + drink, if I didn't explicitly state the combo would you not just make it the combo? These poor experiences happenedalmost every other time I visited, and is the ONLY place I've ever had issues ordering before. The workers also have never onceassumed they may have made a mistake and usually place any fault on you. TLDR: McDonalds is open late as well, go there insteadif you don't want terrible service, long wait times, and a surprise chance of food poisoning. Read more

Today about 6:30 pm was told they would not take my order for 30 minutes as they are short staffed. Went elsewhere. A few weeks... ago went inside ordered and food was good but the door was locked after us and several people were turned away due to shortstaff. There were 3 to 5 people behind the counter. Need better management. Food is always good. Read more

Cleanliness was a part of this decision. If it was clean, I would have gladly given 5 stars. Having worked in fast food myself,... I prided my work station to remain clean. The grill area was in serious disarray and from the looks of the fryers, I stayed awayfrom that too. But there was courtesy and professionalism from the young man working the front area taking orders. Read more

Jack in the box feels like a better McDonald's. The fries are similar but better and the meat in the sandwiches are higher... quality. The wait times were just long enough to be noticeable but nothing crazy. All in all a good place to eat and I wouldcome back. Read more

They make you stand in the drive thru because they refuse to open the lobby. I guess 3-4 people just isn't enough staff to do... the job!..... what a joke! For any drivers ordering food get the app and save some time waiting standing in the drive thru andbeing rejected at the window. Me and another driver stood in line for 25 mins just for them to tell him they wouldn't take hisorder not sure if it was the color of the man's skin but sure seemed like it cuz they gave me my food no problem jack in thebox get it together and stop turning buissness away just because you have lazy employees that can't handle a drive thru andlobby absolutely ridiculous!
