Place was very slow yet took forever to get our food. Over an hour for salads. Even then the order was wrong. Service is... extremely bad. Last time we ate in it was just as bad. Took an hour and twenty minutes for a Chicago deep dish pizza whichwhen it came out was barely warm, sloppy, hardly any toppings at all and barely any sauce. Read more
Good food, TERRIBLE everything else. Went in on a Saturday afternoon around 12:30, didn't seem too busy. The waitress and... hostess both seemed incompetent. We only saw our waitress twice, once to take our order and once to bring the check, someoneelse brought out the food. When part of our order came out we were told the pizza should be ready soon, it was brought out about5 minutes later and seemed as if it had been sitting somewhere forgotten. It ended up taking over an hour for 1 pizza and 1sandwhich. Also when my wife went to the bathroom to change our child's diaper there was no changing table. Read more
This place has way more orders than they do employees to cover it all. Dining in, there was only one girl serving all of the... tables, which definitely affects quality of service, but it was obvious to anyone with ears and eyes that she really was doingthe best she could. One person's pasta dish came out room temp and the caesar salad didn't really taste like caesar (and it hadtomatoes and cucumber?), but overall the food here was pretty good. Read more
Had dinner here the other night and I was very impressed. Food and service were both on point. We the Joe's Special pizza and... loved it. They even have a simulator game that my son had a blast playing!!!! I highly recommend. Read more
Worst deep dish chicago style pizza ever. This is a picture of an opened slice of the meat lovers deep dish with double sausage... we ordered. This has less meat than a thin crust pizza... sausage where??? The sauce wasn't baked with the pizza, it was puton at the end and is SWEET... disgusting, Chicago does not approve. Read more
Nathan took my order by phone. Patient, professional. Carlos prepared my meal to perfection! The red sauce with Garlic sticks... is truely a treat. The sauce is amazing. I?ve eaten in 48 states (yes, read that again) and Joes was prepared fresh, hot, &flavorful. I?ll be back. Thank you. Read more
Fast delivery, they have their own delivery guys and the sauce that came with my breadsticks is the best sauce I have ever had... in my life and that is not an easy feat. Wow. I could drink it. I haven?t even gotten to the carbonara. Update: carbonara wasmediocre at best. It?s spicy and I don?t recall the menu describing it as such. Also, says it has mushrooms but there?s like oneslice of mushroom that I can find and I?m a mushroom obsessed person so I will literally pick the thing on the menus that hasmushrooms but I always get disappointed bc there are never more than specks. The Alfredo sauce tastes a little weird might beheavy on the nutmeg. It?s just meh. Not horrible but a little disappointing. I just ate at joes pizza in Troy il. Ava was the worst server I have ever met. She was not professional. Ava didn?t provide the... best service. I mentioned to Ava that I was allergic to tomato?s but she still had them put on my salad. I was very disappointedin the service. I will not be back to this place again. Ava also said I?ll give you 5 dollars off and she didn?t do that either.That was my first time at last. Read more
