Edit 2022: The last several times I have ordered pizza everything has been hot and ready to go. So I have upgraded my review to... 4 stars. Original Review: I had stopped going at the last location because even with advance ordering pizza is never ready. Never had a problem with this place till this evening. I ordered my pizza online and had to ask for my pizza to be made 30 min... later when I got there. So I was told to pull up. 20 min later I go inside to find out they still hadn't made it. Well wethought you drove off. No the punk at the window told me to pull up. Needless to say I went off on the 3 kids dealing with myorder. Then the same punk at the window said and I quote. Ok so we didn't want to make your order what are you going to do aboutit. There were only 2 (maybe 3?) young men working on a Friday night and they were amazing! I placed an online order an hour ahead... of pickup because I was traveling. Had to wait about 5 minutes for 5 really good and freshly made pizzas. Great value for priceand the employees sunny dispositions made the whole experience spectacular! Tried to purchase local 3 different times from this location. Out of the 3 times I've gone in, there was literally one pizza... available out of all 3 visits. Hard to buy a product and support local if there's no product to purchase. Will venture toanother establishment from here on out. Read more
My husband went to go pick up 2 pepperoni pizzas and a 2 L soda. A lady took his order and went inside. Upon looking at the... receipt, she charged us for a $15 pizza that we didn?t order. My husband walked inside to address this issue and noticed thatthe girl who took his order left. He went to the cashier and told him his concern and he apologized and yelled for someone tocome up front maybe they were the manager. He explained the issue again and he hands my husband $12 in cash. My husband lookedconfused and stated umm you charged us $15 for the pizza, why are you only handing me $12?? He replied with it?s with tax. Areyou kidding me??? They charged my card $15 that was their mistake and I?m not getting the full refund!! This place is a joke. Read more
Normally I would have given this location a 4 star because they normally do good and the staff has always been friendly. Today... when I went I was greeted with "what do you want". I've always been a person who feels that if I'm paying for a service, even assimple as a pizza, the workers should at least smile since I'm helping pay their salary with my business. They tried to doublecharge me for an order I placed online and already paid for. I had to tell them the items on my order they forgot to give me.The claimed to have no bags for my two orders of crazy bread and sauces so I had to balance them on the pizzas. One person camein for one pizza ahead of me. No one behind me. I feel bad for the other pick up order since they had their pizza sitting out ona cold counter. I think from here on out I make the trip to Collinsville or Fairview heights for my pizza. Also, nothing I hadordered contained peppers but two of the pizza I received had green peppers in the box on the size of the pizza. The Breadsticks were only half cooked and half soggy. I would suggest to management replacing this whole crew or separating them withmembers who appreciate getting paid to work a job. Because this free is the reason I will never return to this location.
