I went through the drive through ordered a chicken sandwich no lettuce add cheese and a small fry. I just wanted to say you all... keep serving cold a** food you won?t have no business. My chicken sandwich is cold and honestly taste like it should have beenstales out, and the fries some felt as if they were still half frozen. I?ve worked for this McDonald?s before and I?ve alsoworked at other fast food restaurants and I know they tell you if you wouldn?t eat it don?t serve it!!! Step your game up. Hot fresh and fast. The cashier was super friendly even tho it was lunch time and very busy.
Seems counter-intuitive to have the lobby closed at a McDonald's located right next to a major semi truck rest-stop. How do... expect truck drivers and those with RVs to use your drive-thru if they don't have vehicles that fit through the drive-thru?Also, you claim that your reason for keeping your lobby closed is due to "short-staffing" yet when I was there you had 6+associates running the kitchen. I think it takes a lot to be a perfect fast food restaurant all the time. This is a location that I will go to again and have... gone to countless times. I'd easily say that 95% of the time I go here things are perfect even if there is a wait. I'm not surethey've ever messed up my order and the people who work here are usually surprisingly upbeat. And I've already promised my niecewe will go back in the winter to play in the Play Place if it's open. The drive thru does have the two lane deal which sometimessucks and is sometimes awesome but that isn't really the location's fault. Read more
Stopped here to grab a breakfast sandwich before hitting the highway. Drive through moved along nicely and employees at both... windows were nice. Can?t explain it but both my wife and I thought our sandwich?s, bacon egg and cheese McGriddle and sausageegg McMuffin were better than we had had at other McDonald?s. Read more

Close the the interstate with fast service & no errors on my families orders. This location does have a heavy volume of... customers but their 2 lane set up is convenient & minimizes the time sitting at a dead spot in frustration! Friendly windowemployees that don't appear to be stressing out & are highly proficient in processing the payment transaction as well as thesame experience at the pick up window. Always hot food - no cold burger or fries. Shake machine is always working when I gothere. Read more
No good service here. Cashier had trouble with basic math. 1/4 pounder was raw inside. Fries were cold ,pies were cold. I will... never eat McDonald's again. And Manager was standing there saying this is the best we got. Never again... Read more
