Super friendly service but the bathrooms could be bigger. Nice selection of energy drinks and snacks.
Truck Parking is big and got the spots even I was there 10 pm ! Diesel is super hot here ! Other then that it?s good spot
This is my personal experience. I have been fortunate enough to be able to stop to rest here 2 days in a row. First with the... customer service experience, excellent. Simple to the point everybody on there duty. No line for showers. Showers clean. Hotwater, with great pressure, which is a so relaxing. Parking lot in order. Employees doing there job! Which often is not thecase. Employees smiling and greeting ALL customers. I'll point out that it was night shift. Which could be tiring. All in allgreat relaxing safe place. If you want more than that well then we should be looking for a 5 star hotel which I believe ispossible in the city of Troy. Read more
Absolutely disgusting! Very dirty, and don't even think about getting a fountain drink here, as the knots are obviously not... cleaned or sanitized! This makes me sick! This is what the underside of one of the fountain knobs looks like! Imagine how longit had to have been since the last time this was cleaned for it to look like this! Read more
It was a decent Pilot, but noting special. Prices OK. Lots of diesel spilled on the ground, along with trash. The long... windshield brushes were all torn making cleaning bugs off a disaster. Read more
Finally got around to taking some pictures, though we are only here at night. Easy on, easy off truck stop. Restrooms are... normally pretty clean, and the staff are quite friendly. The fuel pump area needs some attention from someone trained in thecustodial arts. More often than not we're having to tiptoe through the tulips to avoid stepping in fuel, DEF or grease. Read more
Worst, dirtiest pilot I been to this side of the country, bathrooms are disgusting and half of stalls work, private showers are... nasty, just had to walk out, gave a star because negative stars aren?t an option. SMH Read more
