I don?t know who the older lady is in here but she is rude and not washing her hands or changing her gloves. The young man... (Adam) who made my sandwich was nice and while wrapping my sandwich he said hey I?ll grab that online order. She yelled ?no I?llget it? then proceeded to ring out the online order on the register, go in the back for a minute and then come back and startmaking the sandwiches all with the same pair of gloves. This is health code, I will no longer be coming back here and I hope Idon?t get sick from my $22 worth of food. Read more

Our food is wrong every time we come here. We have mobile ordered three times in a row, and ALL THREE TIMES I paid extra for... avocado on my sandwich and haven?t gotten it a single time. The third time, my husband checked my sandwich when he went to pickit up. He told the boy at the counter that it was supposed to have avocado, and the kid just says ?yeah we?re out?. Okay well wepaid extra for it, so a refund would be nice. Told us he couldn?t give a refund and we?d have to call tomorrow for the manager.They also gave my husband the completely wrong sandwich! As sad as it is to say, Pam is the sole reason I dislike going to this store. To start with, she always has her mask below her... chin and seems to be smacking on gum. But aside from that? My first experience with Pam, I walked into the store (no one elsewas in there) and you would have thought I was the one working - she didn?t say a single word of acknowledgement even after Isaid ?Hi, how are you doing?? cheerfully. She then proceeded to sloppily, slowly, and quietly make my sandwiches (she put all ofthe toppings in the middle of the flat bread and folded both sides up like a taco? You can?t make that up). +When I asked formore ranch she had an attitude and made me feel like a hassle. I figured maybe she was new or was having a bad day. Came in afew days later and she was there again. No greeting from Pam, but the other worker did greet us. While we were deciding what wewanted, a man who had mobile ordered a wrap came in. The guy was very polite but said that his wrap was really hard, he hadwanted the meat cooked separately, not the entire wrap cooked. I understand mobile orders can be complicated, and he seemed tounderstand that too. But Pam was very rude, rolling her eyes and huffing, she said ?well, you shouldn?t order a wrap then?.Thankfully the other girl made our sandwiches since Pam was dealing with that. Third encounter with Pam was today, I was theonly customer in there. Someone else greeted me but Pam did not acknowledge me yet again. I waited at the counter for a minuteto see if she would initiate the conversation like ?Hi, what can we get started?? Or something. Awkward silence then she spoke?Well are you ready?? I was. I frequent the Troy Subway when I'm in that direction. It's a clean and fairly quiet Subway, but the folks who work there seem... so unhappy and annoyed when I try to be pleasant. Sometimes, their veggies look a little sad, but I have never had bad food andthey do lay on the generous amount of sauce! Will continue to frequent them, but just bamboozled that a business that supportsthe local community just doesn't seem invested in being friendly to the customers. Read more

Of course the prices went way up. There is no such thing as THE $5 FOOTLONG. I only gave 2 stars because I don't get very many... toppings, but the toppings I do get, they were very stingy with them!! On a 6 inch turkey with bacon, they gave me 7 blackolives, which 2 fell off. And only 6 spinach leaves, 3 pieces of onion and 4 pieces of green pepper.
