Literally the best pizza I ever had... The customer service is absolutely phenomenal
If I could give a lower rating I would but I can?t it?s not the food that?s the problem it?s the service?. Called after waiting... an hour? young man tells me they were swamped? and my food would be delivered soon as the driver got back to the store to pickit up and bring it to me?. At that point I realize that I would be waiting an extra maybe 20 to 30 minutes I canceled the orderright then and there didn?t even except a credit for the next order, was so upset with how bad the service was ,you could atleast call me and let me know.. jets pizza would never js I didn?t even except a $40 credit for my next order meaning it wouldbe free?.sometimes life is not about the money it?s really what you?re paying for service? Food is delicious, i wish we had one in flint still. However, i ordered the Large managers special and recieved two medium... pizzas. I was dissappointed, however, Ben said he woukd write my name down and they woukd replace them next time i pass through.Currently giving 3 stars, but i will revise to 4 if my order is corrected as promised, the food was good. I didn't know about this place after being in Troy for five years now. I found out about the Benito at a convention I was at. So... when I came home I thought I would order the Novilty Pizza for my family. The staff was very friendly and the pizza wasamazingly huge. It was good as well. So I would give them an A+. The price keeps me from getting it weekly for pizza night burevery soften it is fun to see the kids reaction. Read more
I stopped in for a few slices but they don't sell by the slice. Ended up getting the personal which was four pieces. The sauce... to cheese ratio was perfect, the pepperoni was the good kind that curls, and the crust was thick and chewy with a slight crunch.If I'm in the area again I'd definitely stop by. Read more
