Pretty nice clean location, spacious with adequate decor, better than some other bww locations. Our server was very slow, had to... wait for our food to long, but once manager who's name I unfortunately can't remember possibly Dinna, arrived she helped asituation promptly whike being very nice helpful and professional. Visited during lunch time. The restaurant was busy than is seen in recent times. Lunch took 1:05 to complete. It was not the... servers fault, she was trying her best and she was overloaded. Like many restaurants this location clearly has a staffing issue.This isn't a reason to stay away. Just make sure you factor in the extra time if your lunch hour is tight. Read more

Went to BWWs because my dining companion wanted it. The staff was friendly, the service was quick and the food was good -... mostly. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad as I always do. I was surprised to find that it only had 1 chicken strip on theentire salad. There used to be 3-4 strips even as recently as 2 weeks before at a different location. I asked the server whochecked with the kitchen and came back and informed me that the salad is only supposed to have 1 chicken strip on it. I acceptedthis answer, but there are plenty of other places to get a buffalo chicken salad that is just as good and often times muchbetter. So in light of this change to the only thing on the menu I am willing to eat I highly doubt I'll be dining at BuffaloWild Wings again. Read more
Management gave me Buffalo sauce but I ordered mild sauce and the manager stated that I got mild sauce and that’s how it came.... People are going to be really upset when they order mild sauce wings and get buffalo sauce over there wings. Come on, I eventold the waitress to have the people taste the sauce!!!! What the heck!
