I appreciated my experience today at Carrabba. Our waitress name was Erica. Very friendly and attentive, which is been hard to... find since the pandemic. She kept a smile the entire night , not letting exhaustion or being overwhelmed affect the way shetreated my sister and I. Definitely will be back and will ask for Erica as our waitress. Food was great! I needed a "to go box". The service just as good. Busy place.
Portions were very small. I had scallops & shrimp & got only 4 each for $25. My husband had chicken trio & said he didn't even... get full breasts. Said they lacked flavor. Mine tasted like wood grilled steak. The bread was very good. We were disappointedwhen we were the only customers & they seated the next couple right next to us. The food is tasty and fresh. The restaurant is well maintained. We recently went for a birthday dinner, I had forgotten how good... their food taste. It is a step up from Olive Garden. Although Olive Garden is good when I crave it, Carraba's food taste morewholesome and flavorful (Red Sauce specifically). The house dressing is delicious, rich but delicious. Ordered over the phone and picked up curbside. 1 meal was incorrect. They took it back and returned with new noodles but the... same shrimp. Manager said they must reuse the shrimp. Onions in the dish was the original issue. So they thought it wasappropriate to pick the already cooked shrimp with onion on them and put them with the new pasta. Very disgusting. I don't go torestaurants for that kind of service...And yes the manager explained to me that is what was done! Read more
First time going. On a walk-in. On Valentine?s Day! Still was perfect ????. We waited less than 15 minutes, it wasn't super... crowded, and our food assistant (Kathy) was awesome. Great service and pretty good food. Not very busy for a Monday night. Everything came out really fast and was very fresh.... Arriving was very confusing since the directions took us far past the location and tried to have us park on the main roadinstead of the lot behind the restaurant. Trying to make suggestions to Google Maps to alter the location enough to update thedirections. Read more
