This place is always busy! I like the chicken tenders, sandwiches and nuggets, must try all of the sauces
Very odd experience for a mall, not used to having a greeter me you to take your order and payment then go to two stalls to wait... at a single counter... Lots of people just hanging out behind the counter while it looked like two peppers were busting theirbutts to get food out. Definitely not a typical Chick-fil-A experience. Read more
This was my first time ever eating Chick fil A. I am not impressed. Was it better than McDonald's Chicken Sandwich, yes. But not... worth the wait time nor the cost. Definitely overrated. Sidenote: poor signage. You need to make sure someone who is new knowswhere to go to order. How does that happen? Signage. There was one and only one sign showing you where to enter to order andthat sign was not in the walking path from the escalator to the counter. Just ordered through Door Dash an 8 piece chicken nuggets and a side salad? with taxes, delivery charge and tip ~ came to over... $31????! OK , I?ll pay for the convenience but the quantity of the food I received was laughable, sadly. The side salad was moreof a sample taste that you would get at Costco and the 8 (yes, eight) chicken nuggets were more like 3 diced up into miniatureportions. Thought at least I would possibly get perhaps 2 meals out of this order ? hell, I?m thinking what am I going to orderfor dinner today? Beyond appreciative, excellent management and staff. I had my iPhone repaired at the Apple Store and was still waiting for my... cards to transfer over to my wallet (I typically Apple Pay). I covered 1/2 of the transaction and stepped aside while I waitedfor my cards to sync and to my surprise - they covered the rest for me.
