I'm a sea food fanatic and I haven't had my taste buds this happy in a while. The seafood is unmatched in Michigan. We did wait... a little longer than I expected to be seated. But once seated, my experience was like something from a fairytale. Our server wasvery personable and knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The food was prepared to perfection. The angels sang as Iate the Lobster Mashed Potatoes. The ambiance was was very welcoming and charming. We ended up being the last people there andit made me feel like I was in a movie: 'Us in the middle of the room as everyone prepare for the next day. I'm recommendingthis place to everyone! Read more
Wanted to share my experience about Eddie V's. Definitely a great atmosphere and a more upbeat spot to grab a very good meal. We... had some fish and also some steak It was very good although even though this is a sister company of Capital grille I think theCapital grille steak and sauce is much better. It was our anniversary and when we got to the restaurant there was a card and rose pedals it was truly an experience I will... never forget. Our server forest was amazing and had such good menus knowledge. The drinks were excellent and the food wasunforgettable. The old fashioned is worth every penny as well as the South African lobster! Today was the first time my wife and I tried Eddie V’s. We went to try out the Happy Hour menu and after everything that we... indulged in, we can both say that we will definitely be back! 1. The happy hour menu has a variety of steak and seafood optionsthat were incredible. 2. The table service provided by our server Derek was fantastic. I asked some in depth questions and hewas able to answer them accordingly. The bartender Steve over heard me on the phone describing the taste of one of the dishesand he took the time to stop by and describe what’s in the dish and what makes it so delicious. 3. My wife and I did have alittle miscommunication on the bill and the type of gift card that was provided to us. After speaking with Jennifer (one of themanagers) she was able to actively listen which most managers don’t do and we were able to come up with a solution. Over allthe experience of our date night was a 8/10 (given if we were given the right information from the beginning it would have beena 10/10.) Thank you again to the staff Derek, Steve and manager Jennifer for doing what was right and creating an incredibleexperience for my wife and I. Decided on a last minute dinner for one. It was a few weeks ago but I had the sweetest server. She did a phenomenal job... explaining each dish in finite detail. My first visit so I definitely had a sampling of the menu, forgot my leftoversunfortunately. But I'm already planning to come back as frequently as possible. Delicious meal! Read more
This was my first time going to this restaurant after a friend suggested it. The establishment was beautiful. They have valet... parking available. My fiancé and I wanted to try some different foods than we would normally eat, and the food DID NOTdisappoint! The portion sizes were bigger than we expected, especially the sides. We should have ordered them for the table (weassumed they were individual sized) but were happy to take the leftovers home. Came here for the first time with my family to celebrate my birthday. Made reservations on a Monday night at 6:15 and I have... nothing but great things to say. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us an overview of the menu andrecommendations. We ordered the Lobster Bisque, Wedge Salad and Caesar salads for apps/second course. No apps. For the maincourse we ordered the Salmon, Scallops & Parmesan Sole. Everything tasted great and was very enjoyable. We had complimentarychampagne and dessert for my birthday. We also ordered the Godiva Chocolate Cake. Everything was so delicious. Service wasprompt and friendly. I would highly recommend coming here if you like seafood. Went to dine here 11/5 for my 35th Birthday. Made reservations online and when we got there we were seated quickly. I liked that... the hostess took us to a room and we were not seated on the floor. It was nice, room not to many people and very relaxing. Ourwaiter (Andrew) was exceptionally nice. He gave us complimentary wine and desert because it was my birthday. The food wassuperb.
