I decided to try Elaines Bagels today. When they first opened they were amazing, hot, fresh, and delicious. After today?s... purchase I will never go back. It was my grandson?s birthday so I wanted it surprise him with a sandwich that he loves usingbagels. They were aweful. Ever since this place changed ownership immediately everything was horrible, we miss the old owners. The bagels are very bad and... don?t taste or look like they did. It is sad how anyone thinks that they can take over a business and run it like it used to. Iam very surprised that this place is still open. Went there a few times after the new owners took over, the bagels don?t tastethe same at all. It is really sad how they totally killed this business when new owners took over. Read more
Local bagel shop with a great variety to choose.
I?ve heard good things about Elaine?s and I am all about supporting a local business. However, the young woman behind the... counter was extremely rude- was on her cell phone the entire time I was in this establishment and quick to cash me out when infact I was interested in purchasing another item- which was not labeled so I had to ask the flavors, which clearly was aninconvenience for her to stop her conversation again. Not happy. Learn good customer service, please. My first time here and I?mdefinitely not in a rush to go back. Read more

Wanted to find a small shop with breakfast bagels since our usual place is far away now, this didn?t disappoint! Delicious... garlic bagel with a generous amount of egg and good bacon. Also employee was very nice and efficient being by themselves. Cannotspeak to lunch sandwiches though. Read more
I was not impressed with this bagel shop. The bagel was really dry and chewy. It was not fresh at all. I ordered it with turkey... and cheese; I have no complaints with the turkey and cheese part of the bagel. I was just really bummed out at how dry the bagelwas. If it were more fresh, it would have changed the satisfaction in my experience here. I may give this bagel shop anotherchance because I have had Elaine's Bagels before, and it was a better experience at different locations. Hopefully next time isa better experience. Read more
Food and service were good, but I was disappointed that they no longer carry spinach or pumpernickel bagels. It would be nice... if they cut the bagel sandwiches in half. That may be available upon request, but I didn't know to ask because they have donethat for decades, so it was unexpected. ???? Read more
