Went to the Dry-Aged Steak & Bourbon Pairing Event. While the food and service were good, the event itself wasn't great. It was... oddly set up and confusing. It was in the middle of the restaurant between the bar and the buffet (not included btw). Somepeople had to stand the entire time. There was no direction, and no bourbon cocktail menu. ???? Went here for brunch for my birthday and it was a great experience. We all got the full experience with the market fresh bar. So... many things to choose from and just about all of it was good. They come around with all kinds of meat whenever you have yourtag on green and when I say it is non stop it is! The meat is cooked from rare all the way up to well done and you let themknow how you want it and they cut it at the table for you. We tried everything and it was very good. The service here was great. Our server Abraham was very friendly and checked up on use frequently to ensure we had everything we... needed. The market table had delicious options and I everything I tried was perfect. The fruit and vegetables were eitherperfectly fresh, or perfectly cooked/seasoned. I hosted my engagement dinner at Fogo de Chão and it was amazing. Caterers are polite, caring and go above and beyond to give... you the best experience! 1st time dining in. Had take take out the 1st time. So my partner & I decided to try dining in . We had The market table... experience. You get the buffet plus one meat. We both had the chicken(Frango). It was excellent. Nice & juicy & tender. Plus ithad a lemony taste. In the buffet you get a wide variety to choose from. But beware. Come with a empty stomach. The most incredible experience. A festival for the palette... We came here for our anniversary and will certainly be back. The... beef is perfectly seasoned, staff is phenomenal. Everyone is very friendly, and will answer your questions. We had the papayacream as dessert. Highly recommended. The bartenders are expert mixologists and will shake you up something unforgettable andthey have mocktails too....You will not be disappointed . We had a reservation and seated right away. Salad bar has a large selection of greens, cheese, fruits, soups and deli meats. Sun... dried tomato ???? was very nice.
