Came to ihop on 8/14/2022 at 8:30pm. The one star is for the food,it was delicious and priced very well. We walked up to the... restaurant an hour and a half before closing,and the waitress gave us a death glare before we even walked in. We wanted to turnaround,but we thought maybe we were just misreading things,unfortunately we were not. We felt absolutely terrible dining in,theserver made us feel as if we were not welcomed and that we were intruding. She got visibly upset when she had to take ourorder,she didn?t even greet us so I don?t know her name. As someone who works in the food service industry,this was totallyunacceptable and uncalled for,her negative energy made me want to leave immediately. I will not be back,no wonder it alwayslooks dead when we go by. She treated us terribly,but we still tipped her 20 percent. Time to fire and hire new servers Read more
Good service but coffee wasn?t hot enough, it was warm only and when adding the creamer it was cold by the time I took a sip of... it. Told the waitress to get me a new one and didn?t add any creamer and it was just warm. Food also came fast but cold. Read more
I?m sorry but the Food is NOT worth the amount my family payed. The pancakes were extremely underwhelming, if you order the... blueberry lemon pancakes, prepare to NOT taste the lemon. On to the french toast, how much egg do these chefs feel they need toput on this toast, there was NOT any cinnamon flavor to the french toast, and it was this horrible yellow color. Didn?t evenlooked cooked. They also throw this minion menu in your face, but DO NOT even think of ordering anything from this menu, theyare the most artificial, banana flavored, sugary things I?ve ever put into my mouth. Today I had the pleasure of eating breakfast with my family at the IHOP first time at the location. I was really surprised at... how spacious, nice in appearance,and clean everything was. The delicious food arrived quickly not a long wait; However, thewaitress was pleasant but not professional, she brought the food to the table and never came back. I wanted a refill of mydrink and so did my kids another waitress noticed us sitting and she brought the bill never asking if their was something weneeded she just walked away. When I picked up the bill to pay at the front counter here comes the waitress her exact words were" I'll take the bill" without any kind of an apology for not returning to check if we needed refills on drinks or wanted toorder additional items. I asked for the manager who was very professional and kind he apologized for service we received fromthe waitress and asked was thier anything he could do. As I was leaving the restaurant the waitress made a disingenuous comment using a weird hand guester. I would definitely go back to this location again, and I highly recommend having breakfast here thefood is terrific. I'm not going to give a bad review just because of one person that should not reflect on the entirerestaurant. New location and certainly worth a visit check it out.???? Read more
This is a new restaurant and the food is better quality than the other IHOP I normally go to. I like that the inside is more... roomy. There's even a fireplace in there! No complaints. I'll attach a couple pictures. Unfortunately I had to leave back to mydumpster fire of a life. Read more
Including a 20-25 minute wait and having both, my boyfriend and I, ordered a breakfast meal, we were there, freezing, for over 2... hours. We went on Sunday the 13th around 12pm. Our server was kind and seemed to be doing his best handling all of his tables.It was freezing in the restaurant. We looked around and saw most of the staff wearing heavy sweaters or hoodies. There was afireplace by the door, not turned on. Thankfully our server was kind, this is the only plus we have for 2 hours for pancakes andeggs. Read more
