If I could give it less I would. Manager played on his phone. One girl was eating fries and nuggets, no gloves on. There was 1... couple in front of me they got something small, I got a coffee. I love Chick-fil-A however they have made it normal to wait 15 to 30 minutes for your food and so fast food doesn?t need to be... fast anymore when I go to McDonald?s I expect my food within five minutes not 20 minutes. I blame Chick-fil-A lol. Read more

Every time I go to this mcdonalds they're always closed at 12, 1, 2 or 3am it's always a roll of the dice, half the time no one... comes to the speaker. And it says 24 hour drive thru on all the posted schedules on the building and online. The hours need tobe changed and staff needs to do better. I even had an employee tell me he was excited to go on his break when I was the onlyone there one night. 0/10 Read more
Not a good experience the last couple times. Had to wait for over 15 min in the drive through at 9:30 PM because only one lane... open and no indoor service. Weren't exactly busy only 4 other cars in line including mine. Service is also hit and miss. Ordereda daily double only to get home to find no patties on the sandwich. Went back today and ordered 2 Mcdoubles with no ketchup. Ofcourse both had ketchup and where extra sloppy. Mayo and ketchup dripping from the sandwich. Tried calling to let them know. Noanswer and mailbox full. Also the employee at the window tried charging cash eventhough I paid through the app. When Iquestioned to make sure my card wasn't going to get charged he responded with I don't know and shrugged his shoulder then askedfor cash again. Thank goodness someone else came back and explained to him it was already paid. Why would you put someone atthe window when they can't answer simple questions. Same employee once told me he couldn't change my pick of sauce for mcnuggetsbecause I already ordered them on the app. Eventhough I hadn't received my order. Unfortunately it seems like almost every timethere is some issue at this location. If it wasn't so close would definitely go to a different location. Not trying to be hardon them but there has been multiple other occasions where something was wrong and just didn't bring it to anyone's attention.Kinda hard when they don't pick up also. Read more
Not sure why I stopped at this McDonald's it must have been convenient. Poor unfriendly service here. They were out of all soft... drinks and they still charged me the same thing as they would for a Big Mac meal. McDonald's is usually consistent everywherebut this particular one seems to always be out of something. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Read more
Worst McDonald?s I?ve had. Ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, meat was raw. Can?t say I?ve ever seen that before. All the... toppings of the burger were forgotten as well. McChicken came with mayo after requested without. Staff forgot to include saucefor nuggets as well. I would avoid this McDonald?s if I were you. Read more
extremely incompetent this morning.. it?s always the same drive through woman that is rude and constantly messing up orders.... Using the app is supposed to make it easier for them ordering, I use the app, the rewards and points and still somehow alwaysovercharged! What is the point of using the app at this establishment is the employees are too incompetent to understand how touse it on their end? Managers try to be helpful and make the returns necessary for the specific employees mistakes, wish i knewher name but It?s always here at the drive through making these mistakes.. I?m not one to really complain or make it harder forfast food workers, i understand the stress of their job as I used to be an employee myself. But making it more difficult for acustomers isn?t the answer either when it?s very simple to use a code and enter the code in the system! not to mention youshouldn?t be using a customers card without permission, I noticed the wrongful charge before i even gave my card because sheunauthorized my credit card for payment..
