I originally was going to leave a review on how well they handled the situation when I received an incorrect order yesterday but... have changed my mind. First, they wanted to blame the door dash driver for my incorrect food, then they realized that it was infact their mess up. No big deal, I was offered a replacement order for the next day. I went on my lunch break to pick up thereplacement, but was denied because I didn't have the paper receipt. I did, however have the original email receipt from when Iordered. The worst customer service experience I?ve ever encountered, I asked the cashier if they still had orange chicken knowing that... there was only and hour left before they closed she tell me to go find out myself and walk back to the serving station whileshe?s on her phone.
