I originally was going to leave a review on how well they handled the situation when I received an incorrect order yesterday but... have changed my mind. First, they wanted to blame the door dash driver for my incorrect food, then they realized that it was infact their mess up. No big deal, I was offered a replacement order for the next day. I went on my lunch break to pick up thereplacement, but was denied because I didn't have the paper receipt. I did, however have the original email receipt from when Iordered. Absolutely terrible experience, I ordered a bowl because they only had one type of shrimp and that?s all I could eat. I get 6... lousy pieces of shrimp and charged an extra $1.25 for the bowl. Terrible experience. Read more
I ordered through Door dash and it was great. I got all my food.
It's probably the best panda express I've gone to. The food is always warm and delicious weather its to eat in the food court or... take out. The line is never long and the workers are very friendly. It's nice that they also give samples. Thanks for the greatmeal! Read more
The worst customer service experience I?ve ever encountered, I asked the cashier if they still had orange chicken knowing that... there was only and hour left before they closed she tell me to go find out myself and walk back to the serving station whileshe?s on her phone. Another one comes after hearing me telling the cashier that her customer service sucks , with thought shecame to save the day but instead told me to have a good day with a funny look on her face , again i ask the second do you stillhave orange chicken she reply?s if you don?t see it it?s out.
