So is it against store policy to have an employee smile? Holy moly I?ve seen more smiles at a funeral than in this brand new... restaurant. Is it also to much to ask that they call your name when your order is ready too? Awesome to have cold soup becauseno one called my name. Half the soda selection was unavailable, dishes stacked up grossly high at the trash cans and no realdirection on how this sorted deli style generic ordering system works?? Sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes, order was incorrect, staff refused to give me a receipt. ?Remade? my sandwich,... I get home and I was given a piece of burnt bread, a slice of onion, a tomato, and a piece of lettuce for what was supposed tobe a Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Read more

Stopped for a coffee and a bagel on my way to work. Each of the coffee dispensers were completely empty. Waited 15 minutes for... coffee to be made. No coffee sleeves, asked for coffee sleeves, employee got some and restocked without saying a word. Coffeecame out with a significant amount of coffee grounds. Second time I?ve tried this location.
